Looking for a Rep living in the Portland or Seattle area.

Compensation:$90K Base + $ 60K Commissions/Bonus = $150,000

Territory: WA, OR, ID, AK - Pacific Northwest Territory

Product Line: Women's Health - Medical Devices

Call Points: GYN, Urology, OR Administration

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales territory.
  • Achieve territory sales goals by increasing sales with existing customers and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Actively engage and call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both hospital and office settings.
  • Develop strong relationships and become an integral part of the surgical team.
  • Conduct product trials to demonstrate value.
  • Provide after-sales service and ongoing support.
  • Manage budgets and maintain detailed records within the CRM platform.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
  • Travel as needed within the assigned territory, which may be up to 80%.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in urology or women’s health).
  • Proven leadership and teamwork experience (e.g., through athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.).
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible and open to coaching and professional development.
